How Owner Financed Homes AR Began

“I’d been in the rental business for a long time, and for some people that model works and they’re happy. However, I had some friends who couldn’t own a house because their credit was challenged, or the banks didn’t like that they were self-employed. They wanted to own a home, but there wasn’t a clear path for them. I owner financed the first home I bought myself so I started by helping out my friends, and when I saw how well it worked for everyone involved I thought why not help others in the same situation? It’s a win-win for everyone, and there are so many worthy buyers eager and ready for home ownership.”
